Background about the company
The company was founded in 2005 by Giuseppe Mangano. He trained as wine taster (Sommelier) and since the age of 15 he has always worked in luxury hotels and Michelin starred restaurants around the world.
In 1991, together with a couple of like minded enthusiasts, he opened a very characteristic restaurant in the Bologna region of Italy providing genuine local cuisine.
He loves good food and he is always looking for good quality products with the motto that he will take up a product only if he feels he can feed his own child with it.
He believes that the quality and sources of what we eat shapes our body and our health condition hence he is always very cautious in checking the origin of the products and the way they are made!
